unfurnished or furnished?

Jarrad recommends furnishing, but remember to invest the time and money into a good furnishing job. An unfurnished, spotlessly clean property is better than a home with a poorly presented interior and ordinary furniture.

If your property is vacant Jarrad would strongly recommend furnishing it properly.

hire furniture for a higher sale price!

Depending upon your circumstances you may have been advised to use display hire furniture. The investment into getting the presentation right is minimal in relation to the potential return.
